hi once again,i've tried both methods,this specifical error remains on clean boot,but dissapears on safe mode,while other system errors appearing(because of microsoft/windows services that are failed to start on the safe mode)
warning (Event Id 11) stays on the safe mode too
'Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application. The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure they are related to trusted'

Did you make any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

This error might be because of the in-compatible driver on your computer. As per the error message, you are trying to run 32 bit drivers on a 64 bit system.

Thdudf.sys with description TOSHIBA UDF2.5 Reader File System Driver is a driver file from company TOSHIBA Corporation belonging to product TOSHIBA UDF2.5 Reader File System Driver. The file is not digitally signed.

ok,but still,how can i change it to 64-bit driver? he's not digitally signed,and i've tried a lot of methods to locate him,that didn't work. And the question is still actual

Thank You!! Finally solved by editing registry setting to manual startup type (i'm not using this driver at all).
