Hope this is in the right forum.
Just picked up a Logitech QuickCall USB speakerphone, and I'm itching to try it out.
My machine on which I want to use it is running Windows 7 x32 RC.
Google yields various anecdotal reports of people who are using it in Windows 7 with success,
but I can't reach any of them to ask which drivers and/or software they use.
Should I use the Vista drivers in my Windows 7? Should I just let Windows Update figure it out?
Not meaning to sound lazy, but just recently had to reinstall Windows
because something trashed the partition, so I'm not in the mood to reinstall again so soon.
Does one HAVE to use that bloated package Logitech provides in order to use the device well with Skype?
Come on Logitech - 38MB just for the installer for the software? I know it's got some sophisticated
echo cancellation algorithms, but still 38MB!?
