i have used startup repair and left it there for hours and nothing happened.

first, I tried pressing Alt + F10. On the internet, it says it should bring you to Acer Erecovery management. Bullshit. it brings me to edit boot options.

Hence, i searched for different solutions.

downloading windows 7 CDs. As i do not have a orginal windows 7 CD or repair CD or have money to go buy over 16GB USB just to use it to fix my computer) i downloaded windows 7 Home edition and windows 7 repair disc ISOs and burned them on my DVD-RW.

I have went into BIOS using F2 key and have prioritized my boot order.

here is what i put

1. USB CDROM

2. IDE1 : PIONEER DVD-RW DVRTD10RS

3. IDE0 : Hitachi HTS..

4. USB FDD

5. USB HDD

6. Network Boot: LEGACY PCI DEVICE

I saved it, and then, nothing. just another screen that says windows failed to start and gives me 2 options. When i start my computer I can hear my CD-ROM running CDs, but nooooooo. Bill Gates is not going to make my day easier by making windows easy to fix.

Launch startup Repair

When i do startup repair, It loads, and then blue screen with a curser pops up and it loads something (i can tell because a circle appears beside the curser and disappears). Then, nothing. just plain blue screen.

start windows normally

When i start windows normally, my computer goes to black screen, and blue error screen we used to see on windows 98 and stuff pops up for 1 millisecond and disappears and reboots the computer.

As a last resort, i went on advanced boot options by pressing F8 key.

it gives me

repair your computer

which brings me to same place as alunch startup repair.

So here are the outline of what i did. I also have unplugged my hard-drive and booted and put it back and then boot again. but it doesnèt work.

One thing i wonder is i have 2 partitions. I hear one is for repair.. but i canèt get to it!!!

1. did you try changing BIOS sequences by F2

2. use USB as a Hard drive

3. go buy or borrow USB or windows 7 CD or repair Cd

4. try F8 for advanced boot options to go to command prompt or safemode

5. or last known good config

6. F10 keys to go to Erecovery management!!!
